Mrs. Moore is the President of DEMO Consulting LLC. She is also the COO for both DEMO Global Institute and DEMO Customer Service Respresenative. She provides oversight for both businesses as relates to continue improvements and strategizing to meet our different demands. She also leads our Diversity and Inclusion division (Military, LGBTQ, etc.) as well as teaching, writing and supporting our training platform.
She has several degrees: Associate of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling, Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership [All-But-Dissertation] and PhD in Counseling with a concentration in Advanced Studies in Human Behavior [Doctoral Student]. She is completing an Executive-MBA at the Jack Welch Management Institute to better understand the business on a C-Level point of view. Her background consists of a Lead Person, Quality Assurance, and last position was a Superviosry role. She has edited/authored several books/article relating to leadership such as: "Understanding the Supervisor Role in 11-Elements: The Moore Management Model" and "Leadership: The Moore Management Model." She is also the CEO of Changes of Love, Inc. Mrs. Moore is a LGBTQ Relationship Consultant and Speaker. The author of Changes of Love: Our Beginning Years and Changes of Love: Don't Ask Don't Tell.
She is happily married to Dr./Major Tonya D. Moore and they been together for over 18 years. They have 4 adult kids as well as two grandsons and a granddaughter. Mrs. Moore is a Military Spouse but she has also served in the United States Navy.
With over 10 years’ experience in operations management, Rachel enjoys working with organizations to help improve performance and growth through strategic process improvement and change management. Rachel currently is an Operations Area Manager with a Fortune 500 company, leading American e-commerce and cloud computing company, and oversees the Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Department. Some of her previous roles include Support Services Management with Laboratory Corporations of America and Medical Operations Management with TriWest Healthcare Alliance. Rachel played a vital role in the start-up of a new contract for TriWest Healthcare Alliance, developing initial systems and processes, as well as launching 11 facilities across the U.S.
Rachel has served 13+ years in the U.S. Air Force providing management support in Logistics, and currently serves as a 1st Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Reserve as a Medical Operations and Intelligence Officer. She graduated with honors from the School of Business at Park University, with a B.S. in Healthcare Management. She also has a Digital Entrepreneurship MBA from Strayer University - Cheddar program with Jon Steinberg.
Rachel is married with 5 children and spends her free time with her family, attending children’s school activities, working out at the gym, attending networking social events, or listening to podcasts and reading. As a subject matter expert in operations management, Rachel has an aptitude for client handling, listening, strategic planning, business analysis, and team building. Dr. Powell is a certified public accountant with a PhD in Business Administration with a specialization in Advanced Accounting. He has been first chair in over 100 bench and jury trials. He has represented over 3, 500 people over the years. He has served as faculty and Campus Dean at Strayer University. He has served as President of the Gwinnett County Minority Bar Association, member of the Dekalb Lawyers Association, and member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys . He was also involved in the The Pro Bono Project of the State Bar of Georgia and the Georgia Indigent Defense Council. In his commitment to community service, he is active in youth sports as a board member and commissioner in Tucker Youth Football Association. He is an active member in the Omega Psi Phi, Inc. Nicole Bushrod is currently a Registered Nurse working for
Fulton County Board of Health in the Respiratory Surveillance unit as the subject matter expert in the nursing field she will provide the best qualified nursing staff to help meet the needs of your organization. The goal is assist your staff with recruiting qualified nurses to help meet your organizational staffing needs. Nicole started her own staffing agency in 2001 called Better Cost Management. Better Cost Management was responsible for the nursing staffing needs of Augusta State Medical Prison and Select Specialty Hospital.
She graduated from Dunbar Senior High School in Baltimore, MD in June 1989 as a licensed Emergency Medical Technician. She received her first Winston-Salem State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in May 2001. She then attended South University where she received her Bachelor Science Nursing degree in May 2010. She has completed her Master’s Degree in Public Health from Southern New Hampshire University February 2018.
Nicole has served 16 years in the military, 12 on active duty and the last 4 years in the Army Reserves. She entered the military as an enlisted soldier in 1990 reaching the rank of Sergeant. In 2010 she reentered the military and was commissioned as an officer, where she currently holds the rank of Captain. She is currently an Army Public Health Nurse working with the Civil Affairs office helping to provide medical coverage to soldiers deployed overseas.

David Witherspoon is responsible for DEMO CSR's Strategic Initiative in expanding our Work From Home model with a base location in the Sumter, South Carolina through one of his facilities. His partnership with DEMO will allow us to have our first brick & mortar Call Center location in South Carolina as part of our 2022 strategic initiatives. He will be hiring people to work under his leadership for our different clients using different methods. He will also align his Ultimate Lean Academy (ULA) as a Training Component to enhance his team with not only work skills but life skills.
