Our services addresses our target market by giving them a competitive advantage and economic growth as relates to developing talent. Our services are aligned  with training certificates and certifications in a slew of different subject  areas. We also have a full staffing solution in order to attract the right  talent to your organization. We target the following but using a different  approach:

 

COLLEGES/UNIVERSITIES

Assisting colleges with their graduation rates and employment for students. 


o (1) Providing diverse ways to earn credits to prevent students from inheriting financial debt and getting them to the graduation finish line smarter.


o (2) Adding certifications and certificates to courses so students can complete specific courses with a major certification or certificate.

ORGANIZATIONS Partnership with COLLEGES/UNIVERSITIES

Working with organizations and colleges in tandem to make sure students’ programs are aligned with the job market. 


o (1) Consulting with colleges and organizations to build training courses to bridge the students’ gap for employment readiness; 


o (2) Assisting with the debt that colleges and organizations are spending to prepare students for employment.

CITIES

Utilizing our resources within the cities in order to become a smart city to attract businesses to the community through the talent within the community. 


o (1) Working with economic developers in cities to train the community on marketable skills; 


o (2) Attracting companies to city through the plethora of talent within the community to employ the different citizens.

VETERAN ORGANIZATIONS

Transitioning Veterans who are getting out of the military and also the Reserves/National Guards and aligned the rights skills to enhance their chances for great jobs.   


o (1) Reviewing Veterans and Reserves/National Guards military skills and transiting into candidates for high paying jobs;

 

o (2) Veterans and service members are able to utilize their Post-9/11 GI Bill to obtain IT certifications and other certificates.

Developing high school students with different skills for either preparation for college or employment.


o (1) Adding employment related courses to prepare students for job opportunities.

Our service fees below are our normal rate but we do provide discounts to Minority-owned, Veteran-owned and developing organizations as relates to their Human Resources/Organizational needs. Prior to accepting any payments, we will provide a contract via DocuSign to review and sign to make sure we are covering all areas based on your needs as well as our timeline. Once, the contract is signed then you will need to submit your payment online to get started. Consulting Fee Only not product delivery.
